Flores’ current privacy policy is provided and maintained through Termageddon.
Text messaging privacy
Flores Excavation and Demolition, Inc. records your optional text message choices when you submit our estimate form. Submitting the form or providing a phone number alone does not authorize texts. When you select project text consent, we may send one initial text about your request. Further messages may cover your replies, estimate, site visits, project updates, and follow-up on that inquiry. Marketing and future project messages require the separate marketing choice.
We keep the submitted number, selected categories, date and time, form source, and consent wording as a consent record. These records are used to manage your messaging preferences and document permission. A later opt-out overrides any earlier consent.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional use. Service providers supporting our messaging and customer service may process it only to perform those services for Flores. Text message opt-in records and consent are excluded from all other sharing, including advertising, analytics, and third-party marketing. These SMS-specific restrictions control over any broader sharing description in the policy below.
